Do you lend outside Cape Coral?
Yes. Our office is in Cape Coral, and we lend throughout Lee County, including Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Estero, and in Naples in Collier County.
Do I need to come to your office?

Can I work with you if I live out of state?
Yes. Many buyers of second homes and rentals here live elsewhere part of the year. We handle the application online and coordinate with your agent, title company and insurance agent by phone and email.
Do flood insurance requirements change from area to area?
They change by flood zone, not by city. A home in a FEMA high-risk zone with a mortgage needs flood insurance wherever it is, so we check the zone for each property.
